2. No Professional Advice or Client Relationship

Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.


Using the Website, submitting a contact form, or sending or receiving a text message does not create an accountant-client relationship. A client relationship is established only through a signed engagement letter with PLW CPA PLLC.


3. Client Portal and Online Payments

The Website links to a secure client portal and an online payment page operated by third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for keeping your portal login credentials confidential. A 3% fee is added to payments made by credit card.


4. Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, client portal, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website

5. SMS Terms of Service

  1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting into this service you can expect to receive responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, document and tax deadline reminders, and service-related updates from PLW CPA PLLC! Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.
  2. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text "STOP" to opt out. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  6. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form.
  7. Our text messages will never ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, or tax documents. Please do not send sensitive information by text message. Use our secure client portal instead.
